Mau was super kind, helpful and willing to answer any and all questions I had. He was not pushy at all which I appreciated. He deserves a 10/10. However, the facility as whole could use some better customer service skills. Also, finance manager was not friendly, didn’t even attempt to review numbers and seemed very uninterested in coming to speak with us. This made us uncomfortable and ultimately led to us leaving without a vehicle. This is why I give 3/5, thanks for your help Mau!
Friendly staff. My purchase was a bit tricky because I had specific wants which caused them to work a bit harder to find what I wanted. There was a little back and forth to finalize the deal but all in all it was a pretty good experience. The staff was also very helpful answering my text messages I sent with question and getting everything all setup. Awesome.I was looking for an exact vehicle. So I phoned the dealership and few days later the vehicle was there. I drove 5 and 1/2 hours and the deal was exactly as they told me was totally satisfied. The crew there at the dealership was awesome. Great experience. I would tell anybody to go there!!!!!

First of all, Dwight is the most outstanding and professional manager i’ve ever met in a dealership. Otherwise the entire dealership is also amazing. Great service and understand over the phone, Even better in person especially for continued customers that brought vehicles from their dealership. The interior and exterior are spotless and they have complementary snacks and drinks for you.

The sales person (Tanner) was very helpful and didn't give up on me after 2 1/2 months. He wasn't pushy and worked with me well. I highly recommend working with him if searching for a vehicle. Boucher Buick was 2 hours from where I lived, but with the service I received, I stuck with them and found the right vehicle. The finance department was very helpful in the pricing part of it also. Excellent customer service! I drove from 2hrs from IL and it would do it over and over again. We’ve purchased several cars locally and you sit for HOURS and HOURS waiting just to sign and drive off the lot. NOT at Boucher!!! They did everything they needed to do before I drove out! I purchased a 2017 GMC1500 Sierra from Bouche in October of last year . 3 days after my purchase, the information screen began to flip around. The problem was finally diagnosed as a defective computer which was replaced at no cost to me. Just recently it started doing the same thing. I took it into Bouche's service department & they identified an electronic problem & fixed it with an appropriate charge.

We recently purchased a 2026 GMC Terrain from Boucher Buick GMC and Gregory Prince was our sales representative. Gregory was excellent to deal with as he was very professional, courteous, and service oriented. We certainly felt like he was very honest with us with the details for buying the car and we was very trustworthy. We would highly recommend Gregory Prince as someone we would purchase another vehicle with again in the future. I have had our vehicles serviced with Boucher for over 20 plus years and their service department is excellent.

Hannah walked me through all the vehicle features and helped me get it all set up. Kendall made the paperwork get done in a flash.
