Drop off was excellent. When I returned to pick up my car, Dwight was preoccupied and didn't have time for me. Plus he was short with the employee he dumped me on. All I needed to do was sign and leave, no monies owed, yet I still had to go to the cashier and wait. I was not at all pleased with this experience.
As a senior citizen I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime . It was always a challenging and sometimes frustrating event. I recently purchased a Buick from Boucher Buick , in Waukesha , Wi. It was a pleasant and fair experience working with Sales Consultant Shane Laughland . He was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the entire process!
Tanner Sturgul was amazing to work with from start to finish. I honestly didn't know what I wanted to purchase, but he listened to my needs. He researched across multiple Boucher dealerships and offered up multiple options. His knowledge during test drives was outstanding. When it came time to purchase I appreciated how easily he walked me through the steps—with enthusiasm! I will always reach out to Tanner for future purchases as he is knowledgeable and has an incredible personality!

Jeff at Boucher dealership in Waukesha was professional to deal with and left us take our time and making our decisions. After coming in a second time with our final decision he spend time going over the new vehicle. He was easy to communicate via phone and text in order to get the exact vehicle we wanted.
I have had my vehicle in twice to fix 3 easy repairs and to date nothing has been resolved and my vehicle has been damaged twice!
Great experience with Jeff, Mark and the rest of the team that helped us. Not the first vehicle purchased here and will continue to work with Jeff for future vehicle needs!

Went for my first oil change last week. Stellar service on every level. Taylor, who made the initial appt and checked me in was welcoming, kind and wanted to give me the best service. It was clear that she loved her job. Luke was our salesman when we purchased our GMC Terrain last fall. He was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and helpful. At every turn, I find myself so happy with this dealership.
Waited for nearly 2 hours. Was not once updated had to go ask myself. While care had been sitting in the garage done for sometime, they were all sitting there on the counter looking at computers or phones, and when I asked if my vehicle was done yet they were not pleasant to deal with.

Seamless process and very thorough.
Sales process was seem less as both sales staff did an excellent job at working with me through the process. The vehicle Was in immaculate condition on delivery. The final price was very fair and I received a decent amount for my trade in. Tanner spent over an hour with us explaining all of the technology and paired up both our phones. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
Mark was very helpful in finding a deal we both were satisfied with. He also went above and beyond. After the deal was made he two items that I wanted but my car wasn’t equipped with. I felt he was doing everything he could to see to it that I was overly satisfied. And I am!
Cory was also very nice, he explained everything to me on the finance side of the deal and my payment was $17 less monthly than my bottom line.
