Once again Eric Ewald and Lucas Musil came through for us. We bought a new Yukon Denali XL in February and now a new Buick Encore for my wife yesterday. We both really love our vehicles and are just amazed on how fast and efficient they made the process. Highly recommend Ewald for used or new cars. Lucas answered all our questions immediately which turned into a very comfortable and enjoyable purchase. Benjamin in finance had us in and out within a matter of minutes. Before we knew it my wife’s car was ready to go and she was on her way with her new car which she really loves! Normally she could care less about cars. Thank you Ewald for the memorable experience.

First of all, Dwight is the most outstanding and professional manager i’ve ever met in a dealership. Otherwise the entire dealership is also amazing. Great service and understand over the phone, Even better in person especially for continued customers that brought vehicles from their dealership. The interior and exterior are spotless and they have complementary snacks and drinks for you.

Service writer Taylor always professional, friendly and kept me informed throughout. Mechanic did a good job and tested vehicle to make sure cooling system working properly. Lot attendant Ryan was friendly and professional ride from and back to dealership.

Excellent experience with Tanner in sales

The sales person (Tanner) was very helpful and didn't give up on me after 2 1/2 months. He wasn't pushy and worked with me well. I highly recommend working with him if searching for a vehicle. Boucher Buick was 2 hours from where I lived, but with the service I received, I stuck with them and found the right vehicle. The finance department was very helpful in the pricing part of it also. He was easy to get a hold of either via email or phone which was so nice and kind of him. He showed me different SUV's that fit my budget and style too. Nick even came out to where I bought the car and helped me transfer what I needed. He even waited to show me the technology on the car and how to use it.
