The staff, Jon, was incredibly helpful. He is an asset to this service department. I brought in a 2006 Saturn Vue because we found the head of a bolt lying under it over the weekend. We later found out it was one of four bolts that bolt on the sub-frame. They had to back out the original bolt and replace it with a new used one that the mechanic had. The original quote was $465 which seemed crazy, but the actual bill was $285. This still seems quite expensive to replace a bolt but what is the average person supposed to do? I was experiencing an electrical issue with my 2004 Cadillac CTS-V. It was promptly and correctly repaired in January of this year. The problem resurfaced again 4 months later, and with the help of Jonathan Adams, Service Advisor, we were able to resolve the issue with the assistance of Cadillac. I was provided a free loaner vehicle, and the repair was quickly made at a cost lower than expected. That never has happened for me. Hi -- I was only in for an oil change today, however, each and every time I have been in for service, I have been treated with the utmost courtesy, and respect. Everyone at your dealership seems to exibit this type of behavior. I have never experienced this level of service and courtesy, at any other auto dealership, so needless to say, I was/am very impressed. I'm particularly pleased with Jonathan, the service advisor, who I always work with, when I come in. In all my years (and I'm 60) I have never encountered a service advisor like Jonathan. He is couteous, kind, and patient, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done, and what my options are, if any, and always in the most pleasant manor. I believe him to be completely honest and straightforward with me, and that is something I have not found at other dealerships.
